Unfortunately server space isn't cheap, and it costs upwards of $100k to develop an application like PDPHero! If if you find value in using PDPHero I hope it's worth $5.99/month to you :)
There are indeed some absolutely amazing productivity apps already on the market! In fact, we're planning on integrating with some of those applications so you can have your PDPHero To-Do list in your favorite productivity app. PDPHero was created with the goal of having an easy to use application to track your personal devleopment planning as opposed to being a productivity app. Hopefully this helps provide more motiviation and accountability in that department.

Unfortunatley Safari does not support webpush notifications for PWAs yet, but unfortunately they also won't let us launch on the App Store to use the APN. Go bug them to support webpush!
